Rincon Penthouse Condos

Rincon Penthouse Condos properties are located at Rincon  Beach also called Sunset Beach.

  Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Rincon Town. See the town at the back of the bldg.

This beach is very popular for swimming in its clear blue water and is a great place for watersports.  All Rincon beaches or surfing/swimming spots are public but only Rincon Beach is renown as "Balneario" (place for swimming) and receive special attention.

The beach has lots of picnic areas, public rest rooms, changing rooms with showers, and resting areas. 

You can surf at the right side of the condo beach (old marina little malibu area) and you will be at the beggining of Tres Palmas reserve, famous for great waves (see the picture). From there you can walk to Steps, Marias, Indicator, Dome & Spanish Walls surfing spots.

You can easily walk to several restaurants and shops to purchase snacks and refreshments. 

 

During Summer you may also coincide with popular music festivals at the Balneario and during the year with folk dancing and music concerts at the new Plaza Central, Rincón Town.

Convinient distance to Aguadilla Airport, Golf Course, Ice Skating Rink, Casino, Water Park, Bowling Alley, Skate Board Park, Theather, Cinemas and Shooping Mall.  Close to free sport facilites such as Jogging park, aerobics, soccer, tennis, basket ball, etc.  

 

Going wild,  Parasailing  skiing, banana boats..

Don't forget to stop at the vantage point. 

To the right you will find Rincon Marina. You can take a morning or sunset cruise or boat trip to desecheo island.

  Also to the right you will find great surfing spots and the light house.

To the left you will find more swimming spots.
