Beachside, Caribbean Sea View, Sunset & Seashore Condos-
July & from Mar 1- Apr 15-$1,050 per week, W/end $450.
Aug,Nov to Dec 5 and Apr16-Jun 30- $ 963 per week, W/end $ 425.
September & October-$875 per week, Wknd- $400.00

Terms:
Credit Card is required for deposit - Visa and MasterCard Accepted.
50% rental charge is required to reserve.
Balance paid two weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival date is subject to a $100 fee.
No refund for cancellation within 30 days of arrival date. If we are able to partially or fully rent your reserved period, we will refund the proportional amount less 10% fee.
